  • Beach Service: Your rental start date should reflect the first day that you would like to have the rental available for your use and your rental end date should reflect the last day that you would like to have the rental available for your use. Due to our hours of operation, we typically do not recommend reserving for your arrival and departure dates.
  • Bicycles - Golf Carts/LSVs - Non-Beach Service Deliverable Items: The dates will fall along the same lines as beach service by only selecting the dates of use and not the delivery/pick up dates. For example, if you are checking in to your rental property on Saturday, July 6th and checking out on Saturday, July 13th, you would set the start date to Sunday, July 7th and end date to Friday, July 12th. Our system will automatically adjust the delivery date to one day prior to the selected start date (Saturday, July 6th) and the pick up date to one day after the selected end date (Saturday, July 13th.)
  • Bonfires - Pontoons: Double click on the requested single date of service.

We do offer deliveries to a number of locations! As not all of our serviceable locations are available via the dropdown menu, to see if we can service you, please search your full rental property address to receive the most accurate information. To do so, while on the homepage click on "Where are you staying?" When the pop-up appears, click on the search bar at the top of the list and enter your rental property address. Once the page reloads, click on the blue "Save" button and it will bring you to your proper location to reserve activities.

  • Beach Service: At a majority of our beach service locations during season, same day rentals are available through the beach attendants. They will typically be located under a red umbrella or in a white hut towards the Northern/back part of the beach and open at 9:00AM CST.
  • Bicycles - Golf Carts/LSVs - Bonfires - Pontoons: Availability pending, we do offer same day deliveries and/or bookings. To check for availability, give us a call!

For a majority of our activities, we do offer same day rentals, however, advanced reservations are recommended. If you would like to play it by ear, there is a possibility of the requested activity selling out or a delay in delivery.

  • At most locations, beach service begins at 9:00AM CST. During turtle nest season, beach service cannot begin to be set up until the beaches have been cleared by Turtle Watch and can delay the start time.
  • At most locations, beach service ends at 5:00PM CST during season and 4:00PM CST during the off-season.
  • At most locations, in-season breakdown will begin between 3:30PM-4:00PM CST and off-season breakdown will begin between 3:00PM-3:30PM CST. Unoccupied equipment at this time may be taken down for the day with no guarantee of being set back up. If you are planning to return between 3:30PM-5:00PM CST (in-season) or 3:00PM-4:00PM CST (off-season) please communicate this information to the beach attendant, our reservations department, or leave belongings on the equipment showing it is still in use.

At most locations, beach service ends at 5:00PM CST during the season and 4:00PM CST during the off-season. Please note that at most locations, in-season breakdown will begin between 3:30PM-4:00PM CST and off-season breakdown will begin between 3:00PM-3:30PM CST. Unoccupied equipment at this time may be taken down for the day with no guarantee of being set back up. If you are planning to return between 3:30PM-5:00PM CST (in-season) or 3:00PM-3:30PM CST. Unoccupied sets at this time may be taken down for the day with no guarantee of being set back up (off-season) please communicate this information to the beach attendant, our reservations department, or leave belongings on the equipment showing it is still in use. If your rental was removed earlier than these times listed in our terms and conditions, please contact our reservations department.

  • At most locations, "season" refers to March-October and "off-season" refers to November-February.

At most locations that offer our stadium seating options (premium, plus, and standard,) this information pertains to the row of beach service that is available for rental. Premium seating is the first row of beach service, plus seating is the second row of beach service, and standard seating is a general section that begins the third row-back of beach service. At some locations stadium seating is not available or not all seating options are offered. For example, at a location that only offers premium and plus seating, the premium seating would pertain to the first row of beach service and the plus seating would pertain to a general section that begins the second row-back of beach service.

  • During season we do not require a minimum rental, but during the off-season we do require a three day minimum rental.
  • When you first select the calendar icon, it will automatically select the next date outside of the 48-hour block and five additional consecutive days. To change such, click on the first day of the requested rental and the last day of the rental and it will select all dates in-between. Or, for single day rentals double click on the selected date.

Depending on your location, yes! In advance, one additional chair can be added to a beach set and two additional chairs can be added to a big set. For additional rentals, these can be added on through the attendants based on availability.

At some locations during peak season, sunset seating rentals are available which extends the rental day. At most locations our typical beach service hours are from 9:00AM-5:00PM CST, so adding on sunset seating will extend the rental from 5:00-8:00PM CST.

You are welcome to add sunset seating through the beach attendants the day of.

For advanced reservations, we are only able to accept payment via card. For walk up rentals, cash or card payments are accepted. If renting a pontoon boat or jet ski, a major credit card must be held on file in the event of incidentals or damages, but the reservation itself can be paid in cash.

Payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made, we do not accept deposits.

If renting in Destin, Miramar Beach, 30A South Walton, or Panama City Beach, you have to be at least 25-years old. If renting in Navarre Beach or Pensacola Beach, you have to be at least 22-years old.

We do! We offer manual (push/self-maneuvered) beach wheelchairs; we do not offer electric.

There is a non-refundable 7% booking fee applicable to all orders; whether placed online, over the phone, or in person. This covers the administration cost associated with processing your order or any other administration duties, such as cancellations and refunds, that may need to be addressed for any particular order.

The auto gratuity is applied to orders to ensure fair and consistent compensation for our staff, who work hard to provide you with the best possible service with care and efficiency. An exclusive location means that it's a private location. For example, WaterSound is an exclusive location, so only those staying in this private community are able to rent at this location.

A beach chair can hold around 300-lbs.

A beach chair is about 18 ¾ inches wide.

Our umbrellas provide about 30-SPF, however, they do not block the UV reflection off of the sand/water.

Seasonal bicycles cannot be exchanged for a different size.

We do not, our deliveries require a minimum two day rental.

For rental bicycles, if a bicycle exchange needs to occur after delivery, there will be a swap fee charged. For seasonal bicycles, these cannot be exchanged for a different size.

We do not offer adult tandem bicycles. At select locations we offer children pullalong attachments that can be rented and attached to an LDV 26" or 24" bicycle. This will then provide a third-wheel attachment to support a child riding/pedaling behind an adult.

We do! Training wheels are available to be purchased as an add-on to LDV 16" or 20" bicycles. We also offer pullalongs, which are a third wheel attachment that can be attached to an LDV 26" or 24" bicycle.

We do not, all of our bicycles are beach cruisers.

No, the vehicle is not permitted on the beach/sand.

We do offer seasonal rentals for beach service, bicycles, and golf carts. For more information, please send an email to reservations@ldvbeach.com containing your first/last name, phone number, email address, rental property address, and the activity of interest. Our team will provide you with more information.

Before being able to receive the lock code(s,) a waiver/rental agreement must be completed. Please send an email to reservations@ldvbeach.com containing the rental property address and inform our team you are reaching out for the waiver/rental agreement to complete for your stay and more information will be provided.

At a majority of our beach service locations (not available to all or at all times of the year,) during season we offer a weekly discount where you purchase five consecutive days of service and receive the sixth consecutive day free. This discount will automatically apply to any applicable orders. Otherwise, we do not have any discounts available. Join our mailing list to receive any promotional emails when available!

The Watercolor Bike Barn is a sister-store of La Dolce Vita! This location is available for walk up rentals, but they do not have a phone number to contact. If assistance is needed, please contact our reservations department.

Our reservations department receives a high call volume due to the extensive number of locations we service and activities offered. If you happen to reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message (name, location, activity, order number (if applicable,) and reason for your call) and our team will return your call as soon as possible during business hours. Business hours are typically from 8:00AM-6:00PM CST, unless otherwise stated or during holidays in our off-season. You can also send us an email to reservations@ldvbeach.com. All voicemails and emails submitted during our operational hours will be addressed by the end of the work day. All voicemails and emails submitted during our after-hours will be addressed when our office reopens.

We do not have a company-wide lost and found, however, our attendants typically hold on to any found belongings in the event a customer returns for it. Please see the attendants at your specific location for further assistance.
