We are currently experiencing high call volume and are working diligently to respond to voicemails and emails. Please utilize the FAQs below for questions regarding rentals, cancellations and closures during this time.

Currently all LDV Beach Service is suspended across our entire service area until April 30th, 2020.


If your order has been directly impacted by COVID-19, we will allow guests to receive a credit for their full order + an additional 25% credit on the service(s) that you have already paid for. This credit can be redeemed at any future date, and on any service/location that La Dolce Vita services. If you do not plan on coming back to see us in the future, we are also able to offer you a refund for the service(s) that you were unable to receive.

Credit Program


  • How much am I getting credited?

    Your entire order, PLUS an additional 25% credit on the service(s) on your order

  • How will I receive the credit information?

    You will receive an email with the credit code that can be applied to your future order.

  • How do I redeem the credit when I place my future order?

    You can redeem the credit by either placing your order online and entering in the code at checkout, or by calling our reservations team and they can assist you.

  • Does the credit expire?

    No, you can use this credit whenever you wish!

  • Can I book a different service with my credit?

    Absolutely! You can book any service/location that we offer. For example, if you booked beach sets and received a credit, you can use this later on a pontoon boat or bike rental.

  • Can I transfer the credit to a different person?

    No, the credits are non-transferable since it is tied to your email.

Refund Program


  • When will I receive my refund?

    Due to high volume, we ask that you allow between 7-14 days to process your refund. Our system will only allow us to process so many refunds per day. Your refund will be processed in the order that it was received.

  • How will I know when my refund has been processed?

    You will receive an email confirmation at that time.









Yes! We are still encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle. However, please make sure to practice social distancing if you do.


Walton County Board of Commissioners has announced that they will be cancelling any bonfire beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020 through June 1, 2020.

Beginning March 16, 2020, ALL special events will be cancelled through June 1, 2020. Annual Special Event Permits will be cancelled for 60 days, at which time they will be re-evaluated on a 30 day cycle.

Unfortunately, our seasonal beach service contract states – “Seasonals are neither prorated or refundable.” Since this is explicitly stated on the contract, we cannot guarantee any credit at this time. As we do realize that this is an unprecedented time , we will assess lost rental time when the pandemic settles. Thank you for your understanding.
